THE COUNTY OF SACRAMENTO SELECTS EMPIRE GOLF, INC. TO PROVIDE GOLF OPERATIONS AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT ANCIL HOFFMAN GOLF COURSE
Sacramento, CA, December 15, 2009 – The County of Sacramento has selected Empire Golf, Inc., of Rancho Murieta, California to provide Golf Operations and Restaurant Management Services at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course located in Carmichael, California. Seven management companies answered the County’s Request for Proposal, including both the Billy Casper and Kemper Sports Management Companies. The new agreement with Empire Golf becomes effective January 1, 2010, and runs through Dec.31, 2014.

Empire Golf has provided fee management services at Ancil Hoffman for the Golf Operations since 1998. Under the terms of the new contract, Empire Golf will also assume the responsibility for food and beverage services at Ancil Hoffman.

About Ancil Hoffman Golf Course
Ancil Hoffman is an 18-hole, par 72 public golf course that is 6,900 yards in length from the championship tees.  This classic William Bell design opened for play on May 15, 1965.  A long-time Sacramento favorite, the traditional style course is an outstanding layout with mature trees and lush fairways.  Located along the beautiful American River Parkway in Ancil Hoffman Park, this location offers golfers a variety of natural beauty and local wildlife.  

In addition to the golf course, the amenities at Ancil Hoffman include a clubhouse with full food and beverage services, separate banquet facilities, a fully stocked golf shop, a practice range with both natural and artificial turf tees, practice putting and chipping greens, and a practice bunker.

DARKHORSE GOLF CLUB, LLC SIGNS EMPIRE GOLF TO PROVIDE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AT DARKHORSE GOLF CLUB
Auburn, CA, November 21, 2007 – DarkHorse Golf Club, LLC has signed an agreement with Empire Golf, Inc. of Rancho Murieta, CA to operate DarkHorse Golf Club in Auburn, California. The agreement becomes effective December 1, 2007.
